This DIY Tesla Gun Must Be The Deadliest Weapon Ever - khanhingall

Tesla coils are pretty awesome, and no doubt on that point have been plenty of attempts to tackle their incredible power for projects (other than making them perform the Nyan Cat theme, that is). Though I think no former project could be as cool as the minacious Testla gun.

This unbalanced weapon looks the like a huffy scientist's stargaze. The gun came to cost after creator Rob Flickenger read the graphic novel The Basketball team Fists of Science, in which a young Nikola Tesla and Samuel Langhorne Clemens battle Thomas Edison and Guglielmo Marconi, victimisation the likes of a Tesla gun.

Rob's Nikola Tesla gun is powered by an 18 volt drill battery and uses a spark gap Nikola Tesla coil. The body of the gun itself is a Nerf gun, shake off in aluminium. The housing for the primary coil and high potential swap is ready-made out of porcelain, and was 3D printed–it's a jolly custom switch afterward wholly.
